This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. The short version: the studio only collects what you choose to send through the inquiry form, and it is used solely to respond to you about your event.

Section 01
When you submit an inquiry, the studio receives only the fields you fill in:
Name and email are required so the studio can reply. Every other field is optional and may be left blank. No account, password, or payment information is ever requested on this site.
Section 02
Your inquiry is used for one purpose: to read, respond to, and plan around your event. When you submit the form, the details are saved to the studio's private database and a copy is emailed to the studio so nothing is missed.
Your information is never sold, rented, or traded. It is not used for marketing lists or newsletters, and you will not be added to any mailing list by submitting an inquiry.
Section 03
Only Tea Irkliewskij and A&Y A Design Company LLC have access to submitted inquiries. The database is configured so that inquiries can be submitted from the website but cannot be read, edited, or downloaded by anyone visiting it.
A small number of service providers process data on the studio's behalf in order to run the site — a hosting and database provider, and an email delivery provider that carries the notification message. They act only as processors and do not use your information for their own purposes.
If your event involves a collaborating vendor, any detail shared with them is shared by the studio directly, in the course of planning your event, and only as needed.
Section 04
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiling. Browsing the site does not require you to identify yourself, and no personal information is collected simply by visiting a page.
Section 05
Inquiries are retained for as long as they remain useful to the studio's records — typically for the duration of a project and a reasonable period afterward for reference. You may ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time, and it will be removed from the database.
Section 06
You may ask the studio to send you a copy of what it holds about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your inquiry entirely. Write to info@teairkliewskij.com and the request will be honored.
The site is not directed at children, and the studio does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the revised date at the top of this page will be updated. For anything unclear here, or for a question about your own information, reach the studio at info@teairkliewskij.com.
