This website is offered for informational purposes: to present the studio's event design, floral design, and tablescape work, and to let you send an inquiry. You may browse it, share links to it, and reference it freely.

Acceptable use means you agree not to:

• —Submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through the inquiry form
• —Use the form to send spam, solicitations, or automated submissions
• —Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the site, its database, or its email systems
• —Scrape, copy, or republish the site's photographs or written content without permission
• —Use anything from the site in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights

The studio may decline or remove any inquiry, and restrict access to the site, if these terms are not respected.

Sending an inquiry starts a conversation. It is not a reservation, a contract, or a confirmed date, and it does not obligate either side to anything. A date is only held once the studio and the client have a signed agreement in place and any required deposit has been received.

Pricing, availability, scope, payment, cancellation, and rescheduling are all set out in that signed agreement, not on this website. Anything described here or discussed by email before signing is an estimate and may change.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for having the right to share it. When you send notes, links, or inspiration images, you give the studio permission to use that material internally for the purpose of designing and planning your event.

How submitted information is stored, used, and deleted is described in the privacy policy.

All photographs, writing, layout, and design on this site belong to A&Y A Design Company LLC or to the photographers and collaborators credited alongside them. They are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Personal, non-commercial sharing with a link back to this site is welcome. For press, publication, or any other use, write to the studio first.

This site links to outside pages, such as social media and collaborating vendors. Those sites are not controlled by the studio, and the studio is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Where an event involves an independent vendor, that vendor is responsible for its own work and its own terms.

The site is provided as-is. The studio works to keep the information here current and the site available, but does not guarantee that it will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or that a submitted inquiry will be delivered or answered within a particular time.

Descriptions of past work reflect specific events and are not a promise of any particular outcome for another one.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A&Y A Design Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website — including lost data, a missed or undelivered inquiry, or reliance on information published here.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and liability relating to a booked event is governed by the signed agreement for that event rather than by this page.

These terms may be updated as the studio and the site evolve; the revised date at the top of this page will change when they do. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
